Terms of use

MDE is currently a controlled MVP using Stripe sandbox billing. It is not yet a live paid public service.

The service

MDE accepts supported mechanics models, performs engine-owned validation and derivation, and returns equations, numerical results and provenance receipts. Gemini may propose models and explain active receipts, but it is not the mathematical authority.

Your responsibility

You must inspect a proposed model before confirming it and independently assess results before relying on them. MDE is a technical and educational tool, not a substitute for professional engineering, safety-critical, legal or financial review.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass authentication, App Check, quotas or entitlements, interfere with other accounts, probe for secrets, submit unlawful material, or use automated traffic that harms availability. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service.

Accounts and content

You are responsible for access through your Google account and for the material you submit. You retain responsibility for that material and permit us and our service providers to process it as needed to operate MDE.

Availability and results

The MVP may change, fail or be withdrawn. Receipts provide traceability within the implemented system, but they are not digitally signed, immutable or independently certified. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
