Billing and cancellation

Current status: MDE uses Stripe sandbox mode. Test checkout does not create a real charge.

Test subscription

The configured MDE Standard sandbox price is £29 per month. A verified active or trialling Stripe sandbox subscription grants SUBSCRIBER access. OWNER and TESTER access are administered separately.

Managing or cancelling

Use Manage billing in MDE to open Stripe’s customer portal. If cancellation is scheduled for the end of a billing period, access continues until the effective end shown by Stripe. Entitlement then ends unless another valid access role applies.

Payment failures and deletion

Access may end when Stripe no longer reports an entitled subscription state. Permanently deleting your MDE account cancels associated non-terminal subscriptions and removes the associated Stripe customer record from this integration.
